Restorative
Restorative is a gentle, therapeutic practice, that allows the body to open at its own pace. Props are used for support. You will be holding poses for several minutes without any effort only relaxation.

Vinyasa yoga is a creative form of yoga where poses are linked together with the breath in a flowing sequence. The beauty of Vinyasa yoga is the variety. There is no standard sequence in Vinyasa yoga, so the style, pace and intensity will all vary.

Pilates is a low impact mat exercise class comprising of controlled movements that enhance your core strength, balance, mobility, flexibility, and even mood! Pilates is excellent for all ages and fitness levels!

It is highly recommended to have taken a few of the “all level” classes or have a yoga practice prior to attending.

Power vinyasa is a fast paced flow focused on building your strength and endurance while evolving your daily asana practice. This class will leave you feeling refreshed and energized.

This advanced power class will be fast paced and challenge the experienced yogi to level up your practice. Please only sign up if you have a 200+ hr or extensive yoga practice. There will be no modifications.
